Shipping Policy

Postage and packaging is free on all our shop items unless stated in the product description.

We post with Royal Mail the majority of the time. Our items are sent tracked.

Expensive items may need to be signed for.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact me as soon as soon as possible if you wish to return an item for refund.

Items will be refunded as long as they are returned in the same condition and packaged back up correctly.

If I have made a mistake in the description I will refund you the return postage.

However if you have just decided you no longer wish to have the product then you will be responsible for the return postage. The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which you receive it. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement you are entitled to for loss in value of the Work.

You have a 14 day return policy.
